Prior to joining ActionCOACH I have had an outstanding career of 23 years in the financial industry. During my tenure I gained invaluable experience in the Small and Medium business markets as well as the Retail Market. Specific expertise on senior management include a rare combination of sales, marketing, business risk, business planning, process efficiency, business change, market segmentation, customer service, product development , business value propositions and strategic management. I was responsible for various portfolios as a General Manager during the previous 8 years where I played a significant role in business performance, business change and development and coaching of people. I studied at the University of Free State a B.Comm degree followed by Hons. B.Comm on a part time basis. I completed a Master degree in Business Leadership (MBL) at UNISA in 1993.The topic of his thesis was The role of Personal Sales in Business Enterprises. I completed an Executive sales development program at INSEAD Business School in Fontainebleau, FRANCE. I believe a true leader is someone who not only leads by example, but also encourages his her followers to fulfil their own potential. Our attitude about the world defines how our life unfolds.
